Installation
The iso image can be downloaded from the download link.
Just use a tool like rufus to burn it into a usb and boot into the live usb.
When you first boot, you will see a welcome app, click on the "launch installer" option
From there, the installer will guide you through some steps to configure and install your system the way you want it

The desktop environment(de) that ExelentOS uses is kde plasma 5.27. the apps are a mix of kde, gnome, and mate apps. Its themes are mixed with modern, slick, and robust themes. all of this creates the exelent combination!
